Andrew Jobson has over 35 years’ experience in medical
sales and marketing having worked global markets in
cardiology, emergency medicine, radiology and telemedicine.
He has held senior management positions at Abbott Labs,
Oxford Instruments, General Electric Medical Systems,
Schiller and Vitaphone. For four years Andrew was President
with Vitaphone USA and established their business in the US
in the area of telemedicine.

Director of Marketing & Sales – UK: Craig Verster
Craig Verster is a passionate sales and
marketing professional and held a number of senior roles within
the Information Technology sector before becoming a Director of
Marketing and Sales for the United Kingdom and Ireland.
During two decades in the Information Technology
industry, Craig has developed a combination of management
expertise and technology vision that he is applying to the
transformation and success of customers and partners alike.
Craig has led software and services operations ranging from
sales and marketing to product development sharply focusing on
customer and how technology can make business more competitive
and profitable.
Craig’s experienced in creating key strategies,
developing and delivering solutions in the UK and EMEA within
the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services and Commercial
sectors.

of Product Delivery: Susan Todd

Susan has over 13 years’ experience in implementing software
solutions and has 10 years Healthcare IT experience. Susan
leads the product delivery activities for the software
development of all Plain Healthcare’s product portfolio.
This includes the management of the product management,
project management and learning and development functions of
the business. Susan has a wealth of experience in working
with stakeholders to assist them in realising their
expectations, which brings benefits to global healthcare
customers, clinicians and patients.

of Technical Development: Tim Morris
BSc in Health Studies; Registered General Nurse, ENB 199 –
Accident & Emergency Nursing
Focused on healthcare with over 20 years experience in the
health industry. Working in all areas of clinical care – as
a registered general nurse, in research and management
within the NHS, then in direct sales and product development
for a private company, evolving into a highly skilled
product manager with global healthcare software group, iSoft
plc. Leading teams, he has unceasingly promoted
professionalism within the organisations in which he has
worked. He has successfully implemented many major projects
supported by high quality clinical software.
Director
of Practice Innovation - Plain Healthcare:
Professor Rob Crouch
OBE, RN, PhD, FRCN
Rob started his career in emergency nursing in 1988 and
began working with Jeremy Dale in 1992 having taken a joint
clinical and academic post at King’s College Hospital. With
Professor Dale, his research into nurse telephone
consultation led to the development TAS, later to become
Odyssey TeleAssess. In 1999, he was elected a Fellow of the
Royal College of Nursing. In 2000 he was appointed as
Consultant Nurse/Senior Lecturer in Emergency Nursing at
Southampton University. This was the first appointment of
its kind in the UK. Rob was made an Officer of the Order of
the British Empire (OBE) for services to nursing in 2003

of Clinical Development - Plain Healthcare:
Dr. Mark Vorster
MB BS Westminster Medical School London, Fellow Royal
College of Surgeons of England, Diploma Royal College of
Obstetrics + Gynaecology, Member Royal College of GP’s, BSc
in Immunology University College London, Postgraduate
Diploma in Medical Education.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the
extensive clinical content within Odyssey, Mark has hands-on
experience of establishing a GP out of hours service in
Hertfordshire as well as clinical responsibilities. When not
working for Plain Healthcare, Mark is a part time GP
Principal and Trainer in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. He is also
a Hospital Practitioner in gastrointestinal endoscopy at the
Lister Hospital in Stevenage. These varied posts ensure that
Mark remains fully aware of the needs of clinicians and
patients in both primary and secondary care.
Financial
Controller: Paul Preece
25 years of financial accounting experience gained in both
practice and commercial organisations, ranging from start
ups to international businesses based in France and the USA
and he has served as director and company secretary in a
number of different private companies.
Management experience includes corporate
head offices overseeing finance, payroll, human resources,
health and safety, IT and quality assurance.
