Brand Management and Ownership The ownership, development and maintenance of the brand, marketing
content, web content, clinical content and intellectual property
rights of the Odyssey clinical decision support software will remain
with Avia Health Informatics at all times. Avia Health Informatics Delivery PolicyFor full licences and associated project implementation, Avia Health Informatics require a signed purchase order or equivalent before projects can commence implementation. Immediately upon receipt of a purchase order, an invoice for 50% of the total cost will be raised. Scheduling will commence once this invoice has been paid. Avia Health Informatics schedule delivery of projects strictly in order of monies received. The balance of the implementation cost will be invoiced once the software has been installed. Payment terms vary by customer. For Pay As You Go licences and credit purchases, Avia Health Informatics require a signed purchase order or equivalent before projects can commence implementation. Once received, a confirmation will be sent to the customer by e-mail, detailing cost confirmation and payment methods. Delivery of PAYG software and credits will be made or scheduled within one working day of receipt of payment, as far as possible. Payment terms are always cash with order, unless alternative arrangements have already been made. Avia Health Informatics may, at its discretion request evidence of ability to pay for any credit terms outside of standard policy. Avia Health Informatics Returns PolicyOrders cannot be cancelled once software or credits are installed and used unless it is unequivocally shown that Avia Health Informatics and its products have not performed to the company's stated levels. In the event that a customer wishes to cancel a contract mid-term, all monies owed to Avia Health Informatics for the remainder of the term must be paid in full. Prior to installation, in the event that the customer wishes to cancel an order, the extent to which monies can be refunded will depend upon the amount of work already undertaken on the customer's behalf by Avia Health Informatics. In any event a minimum of 25% of monies received by Avia Health Informatics will be retained by the company. Avia Health Informatics Privacy Policy Avia Health Informatics complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. It
is the data controller and sole owner of personal data collected
on this website and by other means. We use up to date industry procedures to keep personal data as safe and secure as possible and to protect against loss, unauthorised disclosure or access. Avia Health Informatics uses your information solely for the purposes of its own advertising, marketing and customer service and only for long as necessary for those purposes.
