With all sales enquiries originating outside the UK, our first action after confirmation of receipt will be route the enquiry to a reseller or sales agent, if one (or more) is available in the region the enquiry originated.

If there is no reseller or agent assigned, we’ll immediately deal with the enquiry via the International Division team at Avia Health Informatics . We may not always get to meet in person, but we’ll be there for you by phone, e-mail or web meeting, whatever the time zone, whenever we’re needed. We will generally prefer to work in English, although translators are available in most languages, as required. Our pricing policy means that you won’t be disadvantaged by any route to purchase. We currently directly manage clients as far away as New South Wales, Australia and as close as the Netherlands, Ireland and Switzerland in Europe.
